Son Brull is a very exclusive Mallorcan hotel set within a former 18th Century Jesuit monastery that originally started life as far back as the 12th century as an Arabic farmhouse. Set within the old olive mill you’ll find the fantastic cocktail lounge, where alongside a variety of expertly made cocktails you can also try a classic Gin & Tonic made with the Son Brull Gin.

At 365 you can be assured of an exciting Mallorcan food journey, with local Chef Andreu Segura, combining flavours and textures that awaken the senses to locally inspired dishes. There is a huge effort on the part of chefs in Mallorca to bring back to life in a modern and innovative way the flavours and dishes that are part of the islands history.

If you are in search of something for the body and mind the then the newly renovated spa offers the perfect anecdote to the stresses and strains! An indoor pool, luxury treatments with natural products unique to the hotel, yoga sessions and a gym all go towards inspiring a sense of mental and physical well being.

Confession time! We have never had the pleasure of staying here, but before we moved to Pollenca it was a favourite stop off point for lunch on the way to the airport as a special treat. It was always the prefect way to end a holiday. We also had a fantastic wedding anniversary dinner on the terrace.
