Terrae

For something a little bit different, somewhere rustic, hipster and completely dedicated to sustainable cooking then head to Terrae. Situated in Puerto Pollenca on a side street close to the sea you can experience a very intimate dining experience that is shaking up the Pollenca food scene.

David Rivas is a Venezuelan chef and is focussed on delivering beautiful plates of food that feature ingredients from the land, often foraged by himself and certainly as local as it comes. Featured now in the Michelin Guide this restaurant is going places led by a very passionate chef who is leading the way in zero waste cookery.

The menu has a tapas feel and features some innovative takes on local produce, all seasonal and dishes free from additives. You can eat outside on a small terrace or inside where you get to experience David busy at work in his open kitchen. It’s a fun place with a lovely feel to it, somewhere that is filled with people who love what they are creating and sharing with their guests.
