Inspired by a crop of beautiful Pollenca lemons grown on our little lemon tree and the abundance from our friends garden we decide it was about time to make a lemon tart… a slice of zesty heaven.
We thought was about time we featured a sweet recipe and as we have lots of wonderful local lemons on our doorstep, it had to be a lemon cake.
